AskAnAppointment 5.1

Ask an Appointment (AAA+) is a distinctive mobile application designed for ESI Insured Persons, Beneficiaries, and Staff members.

The beneficiary (Insured Person, Family member, or Staff) has the capability to:

• Schedule and Book an Outpatient Department (OPD) appointment
• Reschedule an appointment
• Cancel a previously scheduled appointment

All registered and eligible beneficiaries (Insured Persons, Beneficiaries, and Staff) can access the application using their Insurance Number or Employee Number in conjunction with their mobile number in order to log in and secure an appointment for OPD Registration. Moreover, OPD appointments can be arranged or modified for either themselves or their declared dependent family members at the designated ESI dispensary/hospital. It is important to note that booking appointments for hospital OPDs is restricted to individuals referred by the doctor at the specified dispensary.

Presently, the application's content is available in both Hindi and English languages.

After successfully booking an appointment, a Booking Reference Number is sent to the registered Mobile Number. It is imperative that patients visit the designated Health Center registration Desk/Counter 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. The Reference Number must be presented at either the Registration counter or to the attending Doctor to access priority services.
